The old hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur, Ranthambore National Park, is the premier wildlife refuge in the country for observing and photographing the Indian tiger, where this majestic beast reigns supreme. The remnants of a 10th-century fort may be seen inside the park. There are 300 types of trees, 50 aquatic plants, over 300 kinds of birds, 12 reptiles, and 30 compelling mammals among the rich and diversified flora and fauna.
