If you fail to provide Us with personal data Where We need to collect personal data by law, or by your agreeing to provide Us with information in order for you to become a Travel Creator or User or under the terms of a contract with you and you fail to provide that personal data when requested, it may not be possible for you to become a Travel Creator or User or to enter into that contract. In this case, We may have to decline to allow you to become a Travel Creator or User or cancel a product or service but We will notify you if this is the case at the time.
