I was born in the remote village of Satyadevi in Dhading district of Nepal. I finished school level from Shree Bachhaladevi, higher secondary school in his own village. After finishing high school, I came to Kathmandu to join a college of Geography and travel/tourism, this also sparked my interest in trekking. Firstly, I started trekking as a porter and then I eventually became a guide. I used to work as a manager for 2 different companies, with my hard work, I am now the founder of my own company: Life Himalaya trekking!

I have been working in the trekking field since 1992. I have many years of experience in this sector. So, my friends, family and my fellow trekkers suggested that it was time to start my own company. I know how to treat my guests and how to give them the ultimate experience, my motto being “Serving my guests is like serving God”.

I speak multiple languages like English, German, Hindi, Nepali and another other 5 different local languages. I am a seasoned traveler myself, having traveled to different countries like Austria, Germany, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy and many others!

I have the experience of trekking these famous routes in the Everest region (Everest base camp trek alone more than 50 times) Annapurna Region, Langtang region, Manaslu Region, Ganesh Himal region, Makalu region, Kanchanjunga Region, Dolpo Region and many other hidden trekking routes. I am not only a good trekking guide but also an excellent climber. I have been to many famous trekking peaks like Mera peak (6,476 m in 1999), island peak (6,189 m in 2000), Yala peak (5,700 m in 2001) and many more!

I am not only interested in trekking sector, I am also a kind hearted, positive and helpful person. Because of this, I am now the president of Ganesh Himal Community Foundation. I donate the profits from Life Himalaya to the Ganesh Himal Community Foundation, this to help rebuild the earthquake damaged schools in the remote areas of Nepal, helping many livelihood projects.

I am an enthusiastic tourism entrepreneur, fully devoted to social work, an energetic person who, has a lot of experience in trekking, peak climbing and servicing Nepal Travellers. I love meeting people and travelling!
